QUOTE(angel-ice @ Nov 12 2009, 09:02 AM) normally i play at this private court at Jesselton area. It's owned by one of the owners there. those big houses opposite the Penang Sports Club. Or sometimes i do go to the penang sports club to play as well coz my coach-fren is a member there. so normally i follow him masuk. When is carto going ? this weekend i'm gonna play tennis at high altitude .. hehe... one of the highlands.. Anybody experience playing at higher altitude courts ? any diff with the ball movements ? |

whoa yan, this is not gonna be fun...
the higher altitude coupled with the thinner air causes the balls to become really hard. bounces like crazy, its difficult to play a decent rally even with flat strokes. with your topspins, err... this was at both fraser's hill and camerons at ringlet. ways to get around it would be probably to bring those older soft balls. new balls i would imagine would be come rock hard. QUOTE(altezza8448 @ Nov 12 2009, 08:12 AM) Yah bro, need to be an accomplished player to handle such a stick, thus the term "player's racquet". Anyway, my friend is suffering elbow pain and was hoping that the redondo could lessen the pain. He would consider taking it off your hands it that works and with the right price of course!! I'm very sorry to inform u bro... i called up my friend to get back my dondo & he replied, "I aint giving it... i wanna get another one as well"...Can he demo it? Maybe I get him to pay for the courts….haa haa. A short hitting session at the One Club?? damn it.... your friend have to buy it from spore or tennis-warehouse. But if your friend wanna get it for tennis elbow, thats the best racquet he can get aside from Pro Kennex KI5 |
