55sec, with password input... C2D T9550 2x 2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM Mobility Radeon HD4650 Seagate Momentus 320GB 7.2k rpm Ultimate x64... have already closed all programs and most porcesses thru task manager...  |

On Windows 7, its more or like 1-2 minutes to reboot.
