QUOTE(Skylinestar @ Oct 27 2009, 06:53 PM) so far our readings are about 60s. if u read those foreign win7 reviews...thier startup is only about 30-40s. have read many, even found one boot up bout 15 sec. in i7 system spec., but those who boot up in lower sec. actually windows 7 not being tempered with other 3rs party software install on it. Just the default plain win. 7. This post has been edited by easyzuddin: Oct 27 2009, 08:19 PM

Wow, I've never tried this and I'll certainly do it later My PC boots up in 11 secs after initializing the BIOS so hopefully this would be blazing fast too, haha.

I took a look at the codes and what it does is write a timestamp first then issue a shutdown command. That means if you have a lot of stuffs to shutdown, your overall timing would be longer Also, it depends your board/BIOS bootup because that will take some time too.
