i wonder bank can value that high?
heard that all banks tighten their budget and do not value high for this condo since quite old

unless there are "big rich frog" with too much money to spend and pay the extra sweat.gif

latest info i heard from my neighbour as he got UOB and various bank valuation at approximately RM430~450psf
