i see a bank lelong unit in ShangVilla for less than rm400k, u think this is a good offer?

the only problem is with the bank i think, other than that is the normal problem a 15year old condo might have. but u can go see the unit 1st. im going to see if the unit is totally emptiedand how much renovation needed..

For lelong unit, as i know u can only see the outside. u can't enter the unit to view it.

Seems that the fair price is around RM450 PSF. Kinda high for a leasehold apartment (aging pulak tu) IMHO.
