It depends on your budget and yield satisfaction level.
Overall Malaysian properties have potential for futher upside, but nobody knows exactly how precise when it will happen and sustain for some time. |

So what do you ppl think of LaCosta Condo at Sunway South Quay? Its leasehold but starting prices are RM 660 psf already.
