Anyway KL will soon have a few BIG projects starting in 2010!!!

One of them is KL Eco City, opposite The Gardens Mid Valley formerly Abdullah Hukum kampung.
The RM5 billion project is a joint venture between SP Setia and DBKL.

Not at the moment, but there will be 9 highrises, a cool mall, very expensive and ranged from 30 to 50 storeys.

Another BIG project in KL is apparently one of the world's first revolving tower.

Anyway can the property prices sustain? It's getting too expensive these days.

yeahh marc residence is not bad...

The latest offering is St Mary's but that is RM2mil+ Bear in mind, most properties in KL are quite expensive nowadays. When you are very interested better to ask a reliable realty agent ...

I guess there's always noise in the city. Traffic jam around KLCC is one example. Marc is near to the construction of Glomac Tower, Lot C KLCC and Grand Hyatt. Thank god OneKL is completed... and very very expensive.

Apparently another 5 blocks of Armanee Terrace is underplanning at Damansara Perdana.

I heard that Zouk KL is planning to open "branches". It will be good for Zouk to open one in Mutiara Damansara-Damansara Perdana area - Zouk PJ lol!!!

Developers have been busy grabbing scarce land. If you are interested in condo in PJ, wait for Surian Residency Mutiara Damansara, Glomac Damansara, The Strand Kota Damansara Phase 3, Damansara Uptown Phase 2, Five Stones Phase 2, Bukit Utama Phase 2, 3 and 4 (in Bandar Utama).

2. The Pearl by Malton a good buy?

3. Ireka-Aseana proposed a luxury apartment on the former site of Top Hat Restaurant, Kia Peng in 2 years time

4. Guocoland (Hong Leong) has an upcoming condo project in Changkat Kia Peng

5. Besides Damansara Uptown 2, See Hoy Chan has a condo project near Stonor Park

6. Both i-Bhd and HR United are selling their proposed condos on Kia Peng and Yap Kwan Seng respectively to institutional investors (en-bloc)

7. Besides St Mary, E&O has upcoming projects on Conlay and Yap Kwan Seng.

8. Developers such as Sunrise, Naza, Tan&Tan, UOL, WingTai (DNP), TA Global, YNH Property, Magna Prima, Fiamma, Bandar Raya, OSK Property, IOI Properties, etc have upcoming/future projects around KL City.

9. SP Setia is expected the much anticipated KL Eco City project in Mid Valley in July.

10. Sime Darby today announced a joint venture with Sunrise to develop an integrated hub in Bukit Jelutong.

11. Paramount plans to build a future campus for KDU College in Bukit Jelutong.

12. MRCB wants to buy tonnes of government land around KL City and Mont'Kiara.

13. Oval Damansara near Tropicana City Mall and Glomac Damansara is 34-storey office tower.

14. Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Perdana, Tropicana, Kota Damansara and Ara Damansara will see more launches.

15. WCT Land and Mah Sing plans big projects around Kelana Jaya. Paramount and Bluestone have some projects too.

16. I heard a shopping mall/apartments in Country Heights Damansara and Bandar Sri Damansara. TA Global and L&G plans to launch their big project in Sri Damansara very soon.

17. Subang Jaya, Putra Heights/USJ 25 area, Bukit Jalil, Kinrara and Puchong continues to be attractive places. Lotsa niche developments will come up when LRT line start running.

18. Sunway City plans "Sunway Pyramid 3", Sunway Lagoon Towers, Sunway Tower 2 KL, Sunway Velocity and their current planned projects including new launches in South Quay and VeloCity.

19. Naza Group will start construction of Matrade Centre. An architecture rendering that I saw recently somehow tells me of a very tall tower coming up next to it. At least 8 more skyscrapers will surround the Matrade area. Naza Group also has land in Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Kampung Baru.

20. Bandar Raya has a large project in Hartamas called The Hartamas Sanctuary.

21. UOA Group will focus on upcoming condos in Bangsar South The Park Residences.

22. Seri Kembangan welcomes large projects with large developers such as YTL, Berjaya and Hua Yang.

23. While Sinaran TTDI is progressing, UDA plans new integrated projects on Jalan Sultan Ismail next to Sheraton. Not too sure of their Pudu Jail land.

24. KL Sentral will be hottest place in months to come. This place gonna be very "corporat-ish".

25. Government agencies such as PHHB, RAC and Khazanah plans large-scale projects in Pudu, Bangsar and Hang Tuah.

26. Can't wait for Mid Valley Phase 3... I believed it will be 50-storey twisted-looking office towers as shown scale model at The Gardens.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail said it has received an application from a developer for a 52-storey mixed development project consisting of service apartments, offices and a hotel.


The project is the currently abandoned former proposed Grand Hyatt located across Renaissance Hotel and the junction of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang.

There's lotsa projects. I like KL Eco City by SP Setia. Will be launch in Oct this year. Or perhaps you can wait for Pantai Heights by Metro Kajang (same developer as Saville Old Klang Road and Pelangi Damansara).

The good ones so far have been 1120 Park Avenue and Empire Damansara both in PJ. I guess more and more demand will be around PJ. In wonder my neighbourhood is so f"" jammed these days.
