coz S42 is 14" while S57 is 15". so S42 is lighter than S57 and longer battery life due to its hybrid GPU while S57 has better performance so choose which 1 u want lor

since u r watching HD video, i suggest u get dell studio 15 and opt for the full HD screen ^^. but if u want better performance, try benq S57

G105M is a entry level graphic card... so dont expect much from it. but i think should be enough for autocad. DotA 100% no problem. cod u may want to play in low setting. not sure about WoW

u get better after sale service if u get S57 as BenQ provide on-site pickup but NP2098 may has better build quality but the warranty will not be as convenient as S57. My suggestion, if u get S57, get a HDMI cable too ^^
