4. Size. 14' and below and light (for girl)

well, if u take good care of ur laptop, i dont think u need 3 years warranty ...

budget 3k then can consider s42 or s57 ^^

mind if i ask what problem does ur friend facing when using benq laptop?

LOL... this is not the laptop problem, is the user problem... he/she must be not doing "house work" with the laptop. about the service center, where are u living?

setiawangsa near where?? my "housework" mean defrag, disk cleaner, virus and malware scan... this will help to reduce the ram consumption so ur laptop wont slow... everybody should do this to prevent ur laptop from being hang

if u still can top up RM500 more then sxps16 is a good choice... or else, try dell studio 15 and toshiba L510(the 1 with HD4570). but b4 that, i still need to warn u, even if u get this laptop, ur laptop will still become slow due to the way of ur usage...
