Talking about FC, should I ask the SC people to remove excessive engine oil as I just saw the engine oil is above the maximum line(where you pull the metal thing and check the engine oil)?

Guys, this maybe a silly question. How to set the time PM/AM? Mine is 24hours not 12hours. :\
*
The clock is 24 hours format. So you can't set to AM/PM. Cheers. =)

Added on February 2, 2010, 11:20 pmSo...now my brake pump already being replaced. Now the screeching sounds is still there. Should I just leave it because I don't think my braking system has any problems with it. It's just the annoying sound when you reverse it and sometimes braking in normal condition. What should I do? cry.gif

Good luck ba. I had a bad experience when getting my car too. The SA was so stupid enough that I asked "is that an ABS logo in the car meter, what he said was No it was the pre-tensioner seatbelts. Noob. =.=

Wah...so many complains about proton d?
Alright here's my Complain...!
My SAGA SE steering oil has been leaking. Went to SC check one time. Was told that the problem settle already. Just tighten the so called "ring" at the tube...then problem come again. Still leaks like nobody business. I wonder the SC did the checking properly? Ok, nevermind went back to service again...advised me that this time going to change the part all together. I said ok! Ask me to come back on weekday coz weekend can't change, a lot customer. When sent back on weekday, SC called and told me SAGA SE part is different as compared to the normal SAGA after i left the car there! So cannot change. Promised to get the parts from factory at Shah Alam and ask me come back next week. This time b4 i went there. i make a call and SC advisor say can come. When reach there tell me no parts!!!!! WT* is this?
Can't believe that SE parts is not same as the normal saga! Now still waiting for parts to arrive.
He said all SAGA SE got same problem...so guys, pls check ur car!
*
Not only Saga SE, my normal Saga also had this problem just after 1 week I got my car. Same problem as you..power steering fluid keeps on decreasing. So..after rounds and rounds of complaining, my mom fed up and scolded them to change the whole steering rack. Then after that, no more leaking ad. Now the rear brakes are giving me nightmare. When reversing there is a loud screeching sound like front disc brake brake pad worn out sound. But its from the back...changed twice brake pump, now the sound is even worst. Don't know la. Helpless ad. Till now...no solotuion for my rear brakes sound. Haih....btw Saga SE and normal Saga parts not the same? I thought Saga SE is only like cosmetic add on like skirting etc? I lolz at this statement:"SAGA SE part is different as compared to the normal SAGA".

This might be a silly question. I had been driving manual for quite some time before changing to an auto car. During traffic jams right we tend to place to neutral and put to gear 1 when the traffic about to move. Now my question was if an automatic transmission car during traffic jams should we place to "D" all the time while pressing the brake(which my mom always did that) or place to "N" when you stopped for quite some time and place to "D" when it is about to move? Which option will prolong the auto gearbox lifespan?

of course the latter la...no point keep pressing the brake while at D mode during long wait. Same like u won't put manual gear in 1st and press the clutch to wait long time rite?
*
Because I heard some of my friends said don't always change from D to N, N to D that often will easily spoil the auto gear box. I guess yeah...better put to "N" and not "D" when waiting for a long time and I felt the cabin got a slight vibration when place to "D" maybe because the idle rpm. Anyway thanks for the info. =)
