Just came back from my 1K service. SC tried to con me by including RM 50 for compressor oil.

I asked what the compressor oil is for and the salesperson told me its for the air con. She says "kita buang sikit, taruh baru punya sikit". Riiiight, my air con is still freaking cold!

Total cost is RM 115 for semi-synthetic oil, oil filter and gasket.

Those SC really suck, only 1K want to touch ur aircon adi...farker...

any idea if the protons car exchange program will come back?

karak highway goes up and down. i rev with my air cond and radio everything off.
and i open my window open both driver seat wind down.yeapz..many people hard to believe for stock condition.
but there's 3 eye witness sit..so they know it. but after i send to SC.they adjusted my Clutch and ECU..i cant barely go to 160km.

no need la compressor oil..they cheat u.which SC?



I suggest everyone to list down all the blacklisted and comment of SC then TS list it on the first page.
so next time everyone know which one to go or not to go.

i mean for those under warranty,service. for those after warranty period,can just go outside to service urself.
i heard MOTUL oil is good and some say Guang Dao oil.
anyone ever tried both?mind to give some feedback?

engine sound now quite different after ytd back from genting...seems like got dynamo regenerating sound like that...:S

Today just got myself Pivot Raizin VS w grounding cable kit installed (got 7-segment display for voltage), lets talk about the effect of this little addon.

The only benefit that i got: Less jerky effect during aircon compressor kickin, before install 90km/h still can feel the jerk, now 3rd gear @ 2k rpm adi improve alot.

The thing that WON'T HAPPEN after this addon are:
1. The lamp is brighter -- HELL NO, as the kit is only consist of caps that smoothing the voltage fluctuation, not adding voltage.
2. The aircon is cooler -- HELL NO, same as reason above.
3. Improve torque and horse power -- HELL NO, same as reason above. The engine still feel sluggish during compressor kickin, not because the electrical system problem (voltage stay same), simply because there is no fuel compensation mechanism (suppose by ECU) during that period.

So, install VS and grounding cable or not is up to you, for me, this kit is just to fulfill my curiosity more than actual benefit

Wow. Thanks for the info. Guess i over pump my rear tyres. No wonder it feels weird when I drive .
I installed ground cable and voltage optimizer like that Pivot Raizin. Its a total bull as it feels the same lol. It don't boost the voltage but just stabilize it. Grounding cable with or without it feels the same. Just that psychology of human kick in thinking its better.

Grounding cable only helps when the cabling system is old, like old car, our car still very new, so is expected no noticeable effect.

Those voltage stabilizer is just called 'filter cap' or 'supply cap' in other words, those who said can boost the aircon coldness and lamp brightness simply because they know nothing about electronic.

Anyway, B-line 13'' stock tyre is damn noisy on rough road, sometimes really can't stand with that...

yeapz...try change to bridgestone potenza. and adjust ur wheel cut alittle to the outside.so it can makan the tyre balance.

Oh? how much would that cost ? xD maybe I will change after the stock tyre is used up haha
