my laptop nvr faile me b4. no bsod, no hang no whatever that make me feel regret. in fact i even spill hot tea on my laptop now still ntg happen ^^ am i consider super lucky??

Technically if you research around the net enough, you will likely unearth problems for every system out there. Which is why having Dell's good warranty service is a plus when considering their systems.

+1 basically u no need any computer knowledge at all. anything breakdown, what u need to call is dell customer service ^^ they will come ur house and repair for u or take back to repair then send it back.

i see, this is all driver problem. all u need to do is wait for them to release new driver. btw bluetooth problem solved with new driver according to 1 of sxps 16 user here. i never heard of webcam issue... any1 can talk about it?

once the product is collected, it's dell responsibility to serve u, not the shop. the shop is just like middle man to help in the transaction between u and dell
and for those problems that u stated, it's all software based problem. u call dell also no use. what u need to do is wait for them to release new driver. and now since they are preinstall their system with windows 7, i doubt the problem still remain. should be all solved.

my sxps 16 comes with win 7 n currently there is nothing that is not working..i used bluetooth to transfer some files already...and webcam also functioned like how it should be..but i never try facial recognition though....so dunno...but it's not that important anyway...

u should try the facial recognition. it's so cool. u can trick ur friend with that function

im using dell 1515 wireless-n-adapter wif win 7...sumtimes will have dc but not often...somebody can help?
