I see my Notepal AX seems to give me the same temperature as the plastic cooler RM10-15 lol..
Anyways a cooler is better than running it flat on a desk

Power Throttle Issue(AC-Power) on Dell Studio XPS 1645
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=437800 It seems that these ppl get replacement for their AC Power of 90W to 130W. I see dell Msia still selling their SXPS1645(Corei7) with 90W.. Just a warning for future potential buyers. |

I noticed from NBR they state the HD4670 as DDR3
**About the Power Throttle Issue** If dell malaysia say why just give them that link Other Dell have been replacing the 90W to 130W adapter. This only applies to the model 1645 with Core i7 |

The other banks the dealer would nid to call the dealer and wait for their confirmation if im not mistaken. Which forced me to buy using maybank CC |

dell seriously needs to do something about this.. the sxps 13 and 16 threads in Notebookreview forums are complaining and unsatisfied with this problem.. how would you guys be satisfied? Fight for your rights
Anyways.. dont go for it if it's already known to be a problematic system.. LoL some people with 130W adapters still cannot solve the throttling problem.. cant imagine dat.. |

Core i7 TDP is 45W compared to Core 2 Duo T series 35W and P series 25W.. Maybe they have to change their BIOS or Motherboard.. Only some people had the 130W solved and some did not..

it might be because of the ATI Modded Desktop driver.. go and download a mobile version from AMD .. get official drivers.. some functionallity of mobile cards will be gone.. and i think that was for the HD3670 not the HD4670..

haiz.. thats the problem with ATi.. never create support for their own mobile cards.. Thats why for laptop I feel Nvidia would be better in terms of driver support.. >.<
