hi all, im facing problem regarding overriding fan speed via USB power.
The problem is the cord which attached to the +5V supply loose frequently eventhough i had put some celotape to secure the position of the cord.
any other idea to attach the cord correctly ? T_T
im also curious on how najmods attached his cord...it seems that the cord is forced into, touching the small metal plate and stuck inside so that it wont loose easily ?
i've opened up my backpanel for more than 4times in a day....HELP ! najmods
I just put the cable only just touching the USB slot inside, and I wedge the wires in between the two 100uF capacitor near there without any tape. The cable I use is pretty sturdy and won't go out of shape after I shaped it that way. Just don't force it too far inside the USB slot or it might short with other pins and might create problem when you plug something into itThe problem is the cord which attached to the +5V supply loose frequently eventhough i had put some celotape to secure the position of the cord.
