getting tis laptop for gaming is it enuf?

do some registry cleaning and defrag
and also do defrag ur hdd
disable any unused services..

how is the 4570 in k50ab compared to 5470 in A52 for gaming purposes?
Dont know whether to save the cash to buy K50ab or top up for A52.

If you could wait you should get the new one, the graphics might be slightly faster but the CPU is the major point of buying A52, its quite a big gap in performance between Core i3 and Athlon/Turion X2. Some game might benefit from faster processor

5470 is 128bit/GDDR3? or 64bit/DDR2?
if the performance range is quite huge,then go for A52 (if u have extra cash )

No, its just HD4570 with some added transistor for DirectX11 and a die shrink so its only slightly faster than HD4570 unless if it use GDDR5 memory. GPU-Z detect the memory bus wrong like when earlier GPU-Z detect the HD4570 having 128-bit memory bus.

My webcam irritates me... always turns dark when using ym video call.

Dont have time for gaming now. Been almost a month since i last game.

I haven't done much game too, the last game I finished is Serious Sam 2 and the old Secound Encounter. Too much typing assignments and stuff. Looks like I don't need new laptop anyway, this one will do just fine.

Exactly.. even if I got K42/K52 now, I wont be gaming with it frequently.

Heard that ATi CCC 10.3 will support mobility cards. ATi currently working with laptop manufacturers to finalise it. So there is no need for mod driver any more.

glad to say powerexpress/powerplay working well. no such bugs anymore..period

the whole thing juz feels much better/smoother in the sense

haven test out the battery life, if the hd3200 does infact prolong in effect
