Anyway , is it worth to downgrade from 6920G to K40AB?
Any idea from K40AB user?

depend u like using intel or nt lo..the gpu oso in the same clas not so much different for gpu...jz the cpu...
the 6920g is 2.1g compare to new model of turion rm75 i think rm 75 is better n faster
and the screen size from 16 to 14
the ram is 600mhz at 6920g but the new k40ab can get 800mhz

IMO.. depends on what want.. note tat.. k40ab don have HDMI. no bluetooth. blueray?

why are u downgrading? i'd suggest benq s42 for the lappy u have..

what is the fps for this laptop playing NFS shift at medium setting?

Intel c2d 2.1ghz slower than a AMD turion x2 2.2 ghz by comparing all its spec?

IMO.. if im not wrong.. turion still loses to your T8100 in terms of speed..

Well I stop playing Shift on this lappy. The graphics is too much for this baby to handle.

In medium settings you will get only about 20fps. And depends on different track.

Currently playing Batman Arkham Asylum, the graphics is impressive with good fps.

So far the game is good, you will enjoy it more if you're batman fan.

yeah.. batman is superb.. playable..

im on dirt 2 now.. ultra low settings but still nice graphics. highest 30fps with average 25fps..

latest prce market now how much??is iit got for gaming if compare with lenovo G450 ?

RM1999 for QL65 CPU & RM2199 for RM75 CPU. Its comparable to G450.

oh 2199 not 2099? expensive by RM200..

The latest VGA driver 8.673 is still buggy. Reinstall vga driver version 8.631.

Its 2010 and we are alive. Thank you god.

I bought the K40AB-RM75 notebook last week for RM1999. Reinstalled machine with Windows 7 Professional 32bit. Everything ran fine. Played COD 4 on this machine for about 1.5 hrs. Then shut down machine to charge. Came back from dinner & found the machine dead. Pressed the on button & could hear the fan running but BIOS check could not even load. Sent back to shop the next day & got a replacement unit.

New unit experienced a auto shut down while installing Windows. The machine appread to go into sleep mode with mains power on. Had to off & on the unit to boot up again. Wasn't the heat as CPU was not under load. So went into BIOS & recallibrated the battery upon full charge. That seemed to have solved the auto shut down problem.

BTW - I'm very happy with the performance of this replacement machine so far. COD 4 was played with max detail & screen res at 1366x768. No overclocking or underclocking done on machine. Graphics was smooth & fast. I got no issue with the heat as machine didn't feel hot when playing the game after 3 hrs in a non-aircon room.
