u can setting what the power button does in the Advanced Power settings.

normally... to wake up.. just press any key will do..

I've even rip the motherboard off laugh.gif But it voids the warranty, don't worry unless you run with the back cover off like mine I don't think there will be much dust in it in the first place

not about power button..
i google around.. it's related to windows..
never expect win 7 also got the same prob.. when to wake up from sleep.. sweat.gif

in my case my k50ab if sleep for several hours...wake up need to press power button..if around or less than 1 hour...any button will wake it up....bought xonar u1 to replace on board sound card...the u1 surprisingly good.. laugh.gif

now using win 7, but I check at systemrequirementlab, got lotsa games tat cannot b played cuz of the OS.. win 7 is not supported.. it is???

Personally i think that its a burden to force run Win XP in today's modern laptop.

with 4570 abit lost if just play old games..
i even play 10year back games still ok..

I tried at systemrequirementlab, the website said that STALKER and Mercenaries can't b played cuz my OS is win7. tat website might be wrong i think. tongue.gif

dirt 2 at ultra low settings with native resolution at average 25 fps.

with medium settings 1024x768 with 2xAA at 20 at average.
