last time i asked some of the shops here in penang.. all they said was.

1. " what's HD2?"
2. " HD2???"


now at least they got a price...

same here. if it comes out early enough for PCFair, maybe we'll get a better deal then

why omnia 2? the only thing better is the screen.. OLED vs LED? other then that.. i don't see much advantage. How can you say no to snapdragon + capacitive screen?

Anyway.. last i check TP2 price has dropped quite a fair bit (below 3k i think) so i don't think 3299 is TP2 price.

true, but then that's why you have xda community to make life for winmo users much better

if you don't like the HTC interface, there's always another one around

I think the reviewer has issues with WM6.5 more then the phone itself.. that being said, sure WM6.5 wasn't that big a jump from 6.1 or 6.0..

True true. Windows is always slower in making the latest changes.. like IE vs FF and such, same thing.

I've heard people trying to put Android 2.0 on HD2 though, not sure if it'll workout

don't forget, when HD came out it was priced around 3.5K also..

to me, HD2 is a go, because
1. 1GHZ
2. Capacitive screen
3. 4.3inch screen~~~~ this is my fav..

only thing i like about SE is their cameras and mics, theirs are probably one of the best.. other hten that.. still prefer HTC / iphone for being a phone..

Nokia is good too, just can't stand their symbian and their touch tech is not that stable yet..

I'm actually quite surprised they're selling that.

I just went to the shop 2 days ago, the guy there said next month.. somemore their Touch Pro 2 & HD was still going at 3k +

Anyway, since i'm a penangnite, i'll check it out Will let you guys know if it's true.

i called up Gadzaworld at QBM and Gurney, both didn't know about this, but they asked me to call their head office. One of their guys is suppose to give me a call back on this also. Maybe it's still a new promotion that their people don't know about it yet.

Will let you guys know then .

PC fair is early dec i think..

warranty is probably one of the most important things about this phone..

Last time i bought a HTC 838 Pro from ebay.. no warrenty, unfortuantely within a year my mic broke.. no way to repair it ...

no... i have to reduce my 838 pro to just being an organizer + mp3 player + video player... just not the phone very sad....

i did, i paid 200RM for the repair event, didn't work

i've seen their other phones before, all comes with SIS warranty.

I think they're just getting our money first then when SIS comes out with it, they'll get it for us. Kinda like a guess work coz teh phone most likely comes out next month anyway..
