I bough this phone lately and it not including the AV cable, the stand and the case. Is this the current release sale package? or I've been cheated?

It's the new packaging, Nokia is cutting cost. Don't worry, as long as you have the TV-Out Not Supported sticker on the back then you would be fine.

I can see alot ppl is selling their 5800XM in LYN??

Was wondering the reason why??
*
1. They not used to it.
2. They think it's a cheap phone compared to a more high end touch screen phone.
3. They need money.

Anyway, we should just move on instead of complaining that the firmware doesn't have any improvement.

Garmin XT users ..

The new Garmin XT kills the battery life on our phones. There is a program called TSRAutostart.exe that is draining the battery. If you have jbtaskman and kill the process, it will just start again when you restart your phone. Here is a solution to stop that file from automatically starting, thus greatly increasing your battery life.

To stop that file from restarting, plug your phone into your computer and use the mass storage setting. Then, delete these two files

\sys\bin\CardRunner.dll
\sys\bin\TSRAutostart.exe
\resource\plugins\CardRunner.RSC

This will stop that battery hog file from starting up. If you install jbtaskman you can kill the process after your run garmin. This will increase your battery.

@Jimmy0415: If u see problem installing apps, then u need a soft reset. And if your phone is not giving prob, no need soft reset. If your phone got prob, look for solution first before doing a soft reset smile.gif
