Photography DSLR Shutter Count, low? average? high?

want to know how do we see shutter count arh?? i heard is:
entry-level max shutter recommended - 50,000 mid-level max shutter recommended - 100,000 high-level max shutter recommended - 200,000 is it true for all dslr? |

well what happens after it exceeded shutter count? dslr can throw liao or can repair (how much on average?) |

well me targeting 2nd hand entry dslr, so 15K.. another 35K to go.. about 3yrs more if nothing spoilt la..
