QUOTE(welwitchia @ Jan 8 2010, 11:06 PM) I have the Dvico 6500a, POHD, & WD TV Live. Tested 3 of them on a 42" Panny PY800. Same results as ar188. I find the POHD a bit too soft for my liking. It's not like I'm imagining it. The results are really noticeable. I've sold the POHD since. It's still a very good player for it's price but I prefer the Sigmas for now. Oh BTW, WD TV LIVE is far from perfect but we're not gonna discuss it here. dun worry, frenly mod will move it for us if out of place... |

QUOTE(welwitchia @ Jan 9 2010, 01:39 AM) Actually I started with HTPC -> WD TV (sold) -> Dvico 6500a -> AC Ryan POHD (sold) -> WD TV Live. I guess as media player is concern, you started with WDTV then.. Hmm..so I guess I AM an early adopter. LOL. me back in 06/07 with a HD player which play 1080i TS file.. (excluding PC) |

why bother with M6600 when you can get POHD + WDTV live for the same price.. even if it;'s good, it's over priced!

QUOTE(yangxi @ Jan 11 2010, 12:17 AM) now Realtek 1073dd chipset software very stable. if RM200-250 why not.. If price cheap but casing like this..... will u buy? ![]() ![]() besides the other so called branded also using full plastic case also so I dont see what so high class about those.., if they using FMJ (full metal jacket) then I considered well built.. |

QUOTE(neb @ Jan 11 2010, 03:23 PM) har? please dun confuse Current and Voltage..some change 12V 2A to 12V 3A type.. this is fine.. (cos use to drive 3.5" HDD directly so larger current is better) changing 5V to 12V, you want to blow your unit? all the VRM section will melt down.. |
