i just bought my satio. I really excited. I want to ask, anybody know how to set the the 3g setting wap for hotlink user??
I try from *100# but does'nt received any settings yet from maxis

Can we call 123 to send the setting to our fone mah?

Really WTF experience i have with Gardens DynaCom...

Me: Excuse me, is the Satio available now?
Salesman: Yes it is...
Me: (slightly excited now) how much it is? Do you have ready stock?
Salesman: it's RM2699 and we do have ready stock now
Me: (overly excited now) Great!! Can i have bl... Sorry, but aren't it supposed to be RM2499?
Salesman: Oh, that's the price for pre-ordered customer, walk-in customer is RM2699...
Me: Are you sure??!! It's advertised in paper and on Sony Online stores...
Salesman: Yes (and walked off)...

for newly launch phones is like that. last time when i bought my 5800, i went to 2 nokia official kiosk, one quote 1499, another one quote 1599. lastly i bought from normal shop but Avaxx ori one at 1390.

how about u try to ask the ori set Satio from normal shop. not from Sony center or Sony style.

Is there any *reputable* shop which I can go to?? Everyone is saying Ori set.. but how do we confirm it? Midlands Warranty card?

Any ex 5800 user who bought Satio ? What is the different feeling of using Satio since both are actually running on S60 v5?

im not sure about KL/selangor area. coz im staying in penang. i bought at shop which i and my family used to bought from them. anyway, i checked the IMEI must be same between the box and the phone, warranty card and the authorized sticker.

i prefer to buy ori authorized phones, but not from the nokia or sony center itself. coz their price normally higher.

1. Very responsive. But you need to double click when you want to select something like how you would with a pc.
2. Camera pictures quality SUPERB!!! haven't had the chance to try outdoors yet though.
3. audio very good. tried it with one of the videos in the phone. video also damn good. but haven't figured out which format is compatible.
4. quite fast. i read before when some play labyrinth they get abit of lag, but when i play labyrinth, i'm not even as fast as the phone so the ball will always fall into the hole. ahah:) and i downloaded gravity. super super smooth.

very satisfied.

And the Wisepilot GPS thingie that is preinstalled actually works lor. They can determine my exact road address somemore.

My only complain is that I'm having trouble sending files to my macbook via bluetooth. Something like it is not supported. But strangely, the macbook can send files over to the satio. Anybody can help with this?

Never send file using from PC to phone bcos they must have those bluetooth receiving some kind 3rd party install in d phone then it is ok. Like me i using hp laptop and try sending file using bt but fail certain hp model.

Pls check at manual of Satio and see bluetooth session can they receive bluetooth file from pc.

oh i can send files to my satio no problem at all. just that i cannot send files from my satio to my computer.

If i want to buy at RRP then i will go for installment plan or if it at Sony Style then i get Sony money. Hehehe. Most of the time, i get it from 3rd party that give me good price. Any want to get Sony Ericsson bluetooth watch music edition at 650. Sony Centre selling at 945. Warranty from MCM.

Can send and received I tried already but sometimes will get connection error just restart ur laptop bluetooth software

i paired it with my usual number: 16.

it only works one way. Mac to Satio.

Mac can send to Satio, Satio cannot send to Mac.

ALSO...I'm having problems configuring email settings for my gmail account!! celcom so easy to configure settings, why maxis so horrible one=( (and why symbian so confusing..sob. starting to miss winmo now)
