I have a strong suspicion it is better to take it to the Nokia Care center to do a complete flash and re-install of the firmware instead of doing piecemeal updates yourself. It is similar to doing a complete Window OS re-installation vs constant updating. I based my suspicion on ending up with more phone memory by doing it at NCC vs doing it myself, about 10MB more.

The downside is, you better back up all your data before sending to NCC.

Yeah maybe but i dun have to re-set the settings after the firmware update myself and fyi i already got 10 mb extra for both phone mem and ram for v34 (previously v31) so i guess it's ok for me

But 1 thing for sure, i prayed damn hard when my desktop installing the updates on my phone... coz if a sudden cut from the electricity and i'm doomed... sweat.gif

These smartphone are like computer. Brand new always fast. After using for sometimes and installing application, speed bound to slow down. To regain 'fastness', go to Nokia Care center and do a complete clean reformat/re-install.
