You jes have to wait for another release of firmware and hope that the new firmware could overcome this problem. Like E72, it also crash often until the latest firmware, no problem liau with Garmin. Jes need to be patient ya..  nod.gif

Yeah that's what i'm thinking now.. so i got to rely on nokia maps at the moment but their map is way outdated cry.gif Hope newer firmware can solve the problem...

Thx budingyun!
Updated my firmware to 034.001 and so far so good (finger crossed tongue.gif)... took the risk yesterday and updated to the latest firmware, finally the garmin crash solved...
Anyway v34 will save some space for your phone if u take a look at the phone mem.. previously i left 30mb now 40mb! rclxms.gif and u gain few mb of extra rams too...

I have a strong suspicion it is better to take it to the Nokia Care center to do a complete flash and re-install of the firmware instead of doing piecemeal updates yourself. It is similar to doing a complete Window OS re-installation vs constant updating. I based my suspicion on ending up with more phone memory by doing it at NCC vs doing it myself, about 10MB more.

The downside is, you better back up all your data before sending to NCC.

Yeah maybe but i dun have to re-set the settings after the firmware update myself and fyi i already got 10 mb extra for both phone mem and ram for v34 (previously v31) so i guess it's ok for me

But 1 thing for sure, i prayed damn hard when my desktop installing the updates on my phone... coz if a sudden cut from the electricity and i'm doomed... sweat.gif
