Guys, you all are so well in your salary oledi, after u see mine, you all should feel happy with your current salary.

Job Title : Systems Support
Job Description : Supporting everything that can be installed under MS-platform, network, servers, PC repair, fix, full support on hardware and software (over 400-500 PC), printers, answer calls, onsite support, 1 word saying is everything!
Company : Well known company (from Japan)
Industry : Electronics
Work for: 11months (1 year)
Employment Level : Lowest for Office staff
Experience before joining : none
salary : RM 1.2 (NO OT, NO allowance, NO benefits), Annual Bonus oni get few hundred ringgit
Working hours: 8 to 5.40pm (Mon-Fri), sometimes SAT (also 8-5.40pm)

So, you guys see my painfull now..
The reason i can't go is because i'm under 2 yrs contract,

Even a clerk, call center ppl salary is much much more higher than me. If i left the company before contract ends, the company will dispose all my 2 yrs salary. Tat means i work for nothing.

Everyday now i'm like working in a jail environment. seriously, no 1 here appreciate your work!

Well, i'll be about RM900-RM1200, and d boss will tell you tat is depends on your performance. haha.. i've oledi has 2 experience about tis. Interview takes long time, the boss has plenty of his pass experience need to tell you.

But at last, the boss tell me RM900 (in one of the shop in lowyat), but i didnt take it, coz i'm staying in Shah Alam. RM900 will not be enough for my daily expenses lol..

Just to update mine..
Currently now i've already work for 1 year 3 months..
Salary increase from 1.2k to 1.3k now.. others still the same..

well, 1 of my colleague was finish his contract this month (08/Dec), but then, company can't find ppl yet, i mean can't able to find ppl with the expected salary of 1.2k or 1.3k.. So, company ask him stay until end of the month.

But later, company call him again, and ask him whether can stay until end of January bcoz they still cannot find ppl yet. But wat i think is, will it still have ppl write their expected salary lower than 1.5k now? Gossh... this company is damn s..cks. Even my friend last time ask for 1.6k, the company also need to wait until the last minutes where no one else apply then only hire him.

Well, that not all, when u work in the office, life is more terrible..
Imagine, i'm the only person who support over 300-400 PCs in this big factory, from office to production, up n down (management).. troubleshooting os, software, hardware, application and sometimes even those manager home pc they bring it to me to fix...

haha.. if that is the worst thing, then this is more worst..
Working in IT department, there is actually 'empty'! No new PC, no new hard disk, no this no that, wat a s..uck boss, but when he need all those stuff, he'll ask me.

Boss: "eei, last time ma got this got that geh? again no more ar"
me: "Where got, i never seen b4 we have such thing, we didnt buy!"

No new PC also nevermind, but old PC also dun have, guys, as a technician, how i do my work? department is totally empty bcoz of no budget. Buying a 40GB hard disk also need to consider and wait next month budget..

yea.. i wanna cabut away at first, but since i'm a fresh grad, wat can i do and i doesnt hav a degree also..

I tell you, this is a seriuos contract employment and NOT THOSE training with allowance, but honestly, they didnt not let you know many things, is like we are not part of them, we are (contract) outsider.

Now i'm now in the 2nd year, almost finish my contract, will end in September, therefore looking any other better company hire me this poor people with 2yrs experience. On the 2nd year now, salary been raise to RM100, now RM1300 monthly, add or not add doesnt make any difference, you wont feel it.

Really envy u guys there can get with RM2k above, and i think now 2k above is normal to fresh grad too, can anyone tell me how much salary can i expect for my second job? coz i see some ppl get 2.8k, 3k+...
