Not very pleased with my current salary. Even after comfirmation i din get my increasement.

so far the lowest salary at here!! SAD~!!!

Getting so upset with my current company.

i din get any bonus n raise for my salary after all.

maybe they think im stil new for the company. i started working with this company in part-time form when i was stil schooling and so far i hav joined this company for 6 month.

i'm starting this job with RM800+RM50 phone allowance, yet i din get any raise even after the probation.

i can't even show my unstatisfied face to them in the incident, coz they r the one who lend me the money for my current Diploma studies. Poor men always get taking advantages from the rich ppl.

i'm not angry just too upset with it. i think i hav contributed alot to the company. my sales record so far i think no one in the company can over it. i sold 9 unit of houses in 2 days. is owesome?

can anyone show the way to communicate with my boss?

Hie chamelion.. thanks for ya comments. the living standard at kl is diff from ktn for sure and tat's one of the reason i din go there n work. i dont think i cant survive there..6 months is stil new n i agreed tat.. hopefully the boss will consider i raise request. averagely i sold about 2-3 houses in a month. so far im the leading among the marketing & sales team. even the old n exprienced staff cant beat me. but i onli making about RM1200 after adding the commision.

gal working in civil n construction must be so hard.. right? coz my company civil engineer is working so hard.. hav to go over to site everyday..

wat's the job u can do at home to earn extra income?
i always looking for some home based job but juz cant find it.

interview skill is very inportant to show ur personal attraction.

u guys surely can see the diff salary for diff places.
kuantan = small town
small town = low income
low income = no syok

3.5k for a fresh grad.. tat's alot even at kl..
