Job Title : Accounts Executive
Job Desciption : from clearical work to reporting & analysis
Company : MNC, but don't have the standard of an MNC
Industry : Advertising Agency (but my job nature is doing accounting)
Tenur : Probation (pls dun confirm me~ the company is broke, and need 3 month notice if resignation)
Employment Level : junior exec
Experience before joining : 2 yr in same position + 1 yr as assistant
salary : RM 2.4k (salary jump of 34%, due to previous job is extreme underpaid)
Accounts Personnel are so fxxking underpaid. We possess the knowledge & skill of no ordinary man have, we oversee all the function of a company, we hav to involve in every project n why r we getting tis low salary? We r not the sales team, why no bonus? Whereas they entitle extra pocket money if big contract signed. We did our job, nicely after all. Just bcoz we are "cost-centered" ? The performance evalutator doesnt seems right.
BTW, wish to get myself into Big4 audit firm, if current company doesnt work out as what i expected. Wonder they will take a degree holder, polluted with past experience, aged 25 years old....
