QUOTE(vincentlws @ Jan 7 2007, 03:43 PM) i see the trend that fresh grad demand salary is getting higher heh It's no longer 1990 .. it's 2007 ... salary (irrespect to fresh or cooked graduate) ... should increase based on market demand and living standard However, the boss will never think the same. The boss will always want to pay the fresh graduate based on what they earn when they first graduated ... well maybe RM900 (in 1990 standard) ... so when they are paying RM1200 to fresh grad now, they will feel that they paying more than the freshie deserve ... and act as they are doing fresh graduate a big favor! Current acceptable fresh grad salary should be >=RM2000 (KL rate - degree holder)

QUOTE(stupidbump @ Oct 8 2007, 04:41 PM) wao..working for 1.5 yrs and salary already touching 7k? may i know wat comp u in? if got chances i can jump! It's not really office kind of work. It's high pay because turn over is high and not many people can stand the working environment. The pay is in USD I believe, the 7k is after conversion. What will be the next advancement in this career? Will you be getting 7k when you choose not to work the same things from now on?
