any fresh graduate programmer's here ? i want to know what is the basic starting pay, coz i had 2 job offer's and both of it is RM1.6k I got a diploma already and had 6 months working experience with a s/w house and currently am waiting for the results of my degree programme (i expect to get 2nd upper class degree and an advanced diploma with distinction) I am contemplating on 1 offer, the company is a small IT company located near my residence, job duties are similiar to a programmer,it's 5 1/2 working days and the pay is Rm1.6k though, so I would like to know if i should accept it first and gain experience b4 finding a better offer or should i wait for a better offer to come by ?

QUOTE(WildChai @ Mar 1 2006, 09:20 AM) Alot of peeps like to play the waiting game...and most end up waiting up to 6mths or more. Better to have a job now than none. And also, you would save on travelling expenses since u stay near your new workplace. In then end, up to u to decide... i've decided to take the offer, and continue searching for a better offer
