salary : RM 2,100
Age : 23

Am I underpaid? The company is new, I had been with it since the beginning, I had a partner in the software team, but she didnt make it over the probation and recently the boss hired someone with 2 years experience and gave her RM3000. I dont mind she get higher pay if she is good in her job, but the problem is I need to train and guide her instead of her guiding me and yet she get higher pay than me. What worst is that she do so much less as compare to me and I have to work like a dog, but yet she get so much higher than me.

This is really demotivating, can someone please advice me what can I do? I am really not happy with my job right now. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
