i think i am severely underpaid..

Job : Software Engineer
Job Description : Design + coding + testing + implementing software solutions. Maintaining current system, email servers, application servers of the company. Using Delphi, php, vb, etc... u can say rojak job.
Company : Some local telco company
Industry : Telco
Tenure : Permanent
Education level : Computer Science Degree
Experience : 3 year +
Salary : RM 2750
Leave: 14 days

Bonus: ang pau got la.. nvr come across any true Bonus within this 3 years

As you can see my morale is very low at this point. Bond by the company until end of this year (fortunately is only 2 months left~), and i will throw letter in January.

Anyway, I wish to change my career to consultancy, such as SAP. What should i do next? Or other than SAP, any recommends career path from gurus here? It seems like O&G, Sales, and Investment earn the best, but non of it is within my interest. SAP, business analyst or even project management would be best suits me(trying to escape from techincal..). And i am looking for an MNC company which can travel alot around the world....

Still deciding my next career path anyway...
