I like the allowance you got  laugh.gif
2 years of experience...heck one year of experience will earn you a better pay, though not guarantee better allowance. As Electronics Engineering, you can join any company as long as what you learn can applied and they are more than willing to pay you good salary. My friend is joining Intel Penang as graduate trainee (same degree as you) and will earn RM2.8k, though your allowance is much better.

Intel is good. at least he can apply wat he had learnt in uni to the job.
mine was like...doing the technician job but not reli related to electronics or electrical.
even if i gained 1 year experience in med industry, other industry im still a fresh...
too rush to acept this offer.....regret~

i tried to apply those big mnc in penang n kl, the worst interview i had was in mini circuits...totally humiliation in my life...screw the inteviewer

from ur experience, how many percent of adjustment after probabtion ... my basic only 2k nia cry.gif

That really depends. If starting pay low might get higher, but usually will not get more than 300 incremental (I said usually). If open salary is considered high by the company, then sometimes will not even increase, like my case.

my boss promise me that will adjust la...but then how much still dunno...he only say..depends on performance ....

i asked him...probabtion period..he said...depends on performance also wo...y no guideline 1
