Job Desciption : To attend at sites to look into Insurer's client's Insurance claims on what ever that can be Insured under the sun... Etc. got fire, im there. Got accident cars, heavy machineries, im there... etc etc...Anything to do with losses. Sometimes even have to travel deep into forest.

After site survey, we had to advise Insurers on the loss amount and etc. After that we need to write up a report on the matter and submit it to them.

A bit sick of my current salary as i am working and doing the works as much as those of my colleagues having 2k to 2.5k salary. I think my salary is too low. Way too low. No OT.
I think should be at least 1800. Btw, my current 1.4k salary is going to be revised soon. But i dunno to how much. UNDERPAID.......!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to tell u all.... those above is "Kuching Standard". I'm living in Kuching. I duno whether its really the "Standard" or not la. Can u guys advise me?

So my thingy not answered yet? Adui...
Anyway, forgot to add on... My salary is also inclusive of mileage claims (almost unlimited but must be logical) whenever i go to site visits. I also can claim outstation bills like food (30 per day) and hotel stay maximum 140 per night.
But then all these, adjusters must come out with their own money FIRST. Unless u want cash advance from the bosses (but pay back once reimbursement comes in).
