I think the only 'fast track' to increase salary if to switch company..provided that you have at least 2-3 years experience before..
coz usually companies give 10-15% increase per annum, while you can demand 20-30% more if switch to other company.. |

Actually my previous company gave 15% increase per year... a local bumi company...
But I still resign (due to other reasons)... |
