damn underpaid compare to my counterpart

depend on the project oso..n sometime title doesn't reflex everything...

for example... MD for a small company is not the same as Account Manager (REgional) even he/she just a MANAGER.. but the resposibility is much more high.

exp count.. luck and cable oso

i think 15% is too much..

in certain sector.. there is a salary range according to your grade... let say 20 time ur increament.. ur already at maximum salary for ur grade.

and sometimes .. u also might have salary adjustment

yes.. why..
a. there are more boses than executive.. at the end.. all bosses work goes back to me even from different department

b. even there are many department from legal, finance and HR.. by the time of decision making.. it back to technical department.. if the project success.. all bosses and others department celebrate (leaving small exec like me behind)
if project fail.. u know u will facing CEO first..

c. i'm working 8am to 8 pm regularly.. 5 + 2 day a week working.. while others (HR, Finance, legal) can easily go back on time. wy they get more bonus for archieving KPI that so stup**..
