am i being underpaid?though my company is not a software house,but i still think that i m underpaid. i m thinking of to change to another profession or to another company,but the manager is just too good and very understanding,coll here are extremely superb.but the work sucks!
by the way,anyone working as recruitment consultant?could u kindly share ur experience?
