management budget..what will u expect..impose a new policy for newcomer with outstanding perfomance during interview? (freshly grad?) they pay u this rate bcoz u're selected to be outstanding against other participant but guess what, they already decided how much u will get b4 they even start asking ppl to come for interview ler...

hi Intrigue,
You can actually request for higher despite your year experience. I applied for the same position having merely 6months experience but I'm requesting for > RM 2.200 basic but I anyhow didn't accept it since I was offered another job. You should talk with your superior on it matter. And as for the milage claims, I think it just cover nicely the car maintenance fees and so on. You having RM 0.59 per km still?
