i just mean the motivation keeps u going looking for more even if u don't get the sales u wanted cos once u stop thats really the end ......
is not li tat one lar....sometimes their motivation do help but not always....a sales person's motivation will oni increase when he/she see more successes...like when he/she can clock more sales for the mth, it serve as motivation for him/her to perform better the next month....i can tell u that senior are sales ppl oso...doing the same sales just that they are already in senior position, n they will never teach u everything....cos they oso depend on the comm ma....sales line are very competitive among colleague...really need know how to 'jap sang' and take k for urself...oni those sales ppl that generate revenue will stay in the company...those waiting for the senior to teach, forever will left behind..

It depends on the industry and what we are selling.
Some stuff is easier to sell but some is really difficult.
Of course we shall improve with experience, what doesn't improve with experience after all?
Learning from seniors doesn't mean reading from book.
Looking at how they secure deals, observe, learn, remember, apply, these are valuable experience which cannot be learnt otherwise.
Learn from their mistakes too, avoid repeating it.
Good luck? Luck favours the bold!
nothing is better than own experience...sometimes a sales person need to experience it themself oni they will know...
