Job Description : Put everything into order and somtimes helping people solve problems Company : MNC (the one that everybody with computer sure got their product one) Industry : Manufacturing Tenure : 1 year Conract (haihz) Education level: Bachelor's Degree Experience before joining : Newbie with only industrial training Salary: RM2.2k before tax Allowance: What allowance? What you guys think? |

However, the offer letter / contract always states that the company reserve the rights to cut short or extend the probation period. Hence, there isn't a fixed guidelines. Normally it would be 3 months probation or 6 months probation depends on a lot of factors, performance is one of the big one. |
