Experience before joining : Fresh. (Graduate From ILPP).
Duration with current company: Almost 5 years.
salary : RM 2k + Allowance + OT ( Range 2.5k ~ 3.5k each month)

Tenur : Permanent
Experience before joining : 0
Years in current compant : 5 years & 4 months.
Salary : Basic RM2300. Come with OT & Allowance.. More than RM3500 total a month.

But some of my friends get a lot more than me... I hate this company yearly evaluation.. (that will determine how much salary increments you'll get each year... Its NOT FAIR... )

I do get a average salary now, but i do get a full benefits such as Car load (I just pay the car price every month, my company pay the bank interest), House loan (My company pay up to 4% of the interest), Overtime ( That pay up to RM350 a day), Shift Allowance, Full Medical Coverage, Free Insurance, 2 times bonus and so much more...

* Just For Ur Info, To tell U the truth.... Petronas Salary Suck... !!! I said that becoz' i worked in Petronas once before i get in this company. Carigali is the only one that get the Higher salary due to their work schedule and environments... 2 weeks working and 2 weeks off. (During the 2 weeks working U will work, eat, sleep at the Oil Rig.. and all U see is SEA....!!!)
