VVV: Birmingham, for some reason i dont like london

Game master: bdh 15, I took higher diploma straigh away, skip the diploma, so no specialization, i dont know the rate they paid working in hotel in malaysia, but i got one friend working as F&B  admin in chorus hotel they pay her 800 basic plus 3 points, i knnow one girl working as sales marketing starting salary 1700++ , well, salary depends on a lot of things, it depends on hotel that you work, position, experiance, etc ,etc, etc..well....you can try cruise ship, I really like to join them if I dont jump, good pay too, coz they pay you in USD(mostly).

Ido: so far i dont regret, I earn the same amount of money as a manager who work for 5 years, why regret?the thing is , i dont drink, i dont smoke, i dont have gf, i dont even bet in world cup, life is boring as hell here, i dont have to many friends here, i work alone, if you are heavy smoker, heavy drinker, than thats your problem... since my food and accomodation included, i only spend like 20 pound a week the most, even online i also use public library, 1st time you come ofcoz you need alot of things to buy la...like toiletries etc...
theres no difference if you go to australia, so what if its close to malaysia, you think you can go back and back like you go to sabah and kl ah??, for illegal, its one shot. you come only once, than you are balck listed.....

netfan- thats my previous experiance...one room share with other 5, if they are good people its a great fun, if they bad, god bless, thats why i said malaysian working here sucks, china better, the malaysian working here are retard, i hate them,i rather same room with china people. now I got my own room, its even bigger than my room in malaysia, lol, but staying alone too boring. and yeah, because you work illegally, you dont pay tax, but if you consider to become british citizen, you have to.

i bet u're not working in a chiense restaurant, aren't u?
my dad is working in UK as well.. he's a chef.. legal.. got working permit..
my dad is not paying any tax.. but, my dad is taxed as well..
his boss pay those taxes, for every employee..
not only in this current restaurant he's working, but as well as the rest he's been worked for..

well, like wat u said.. dun smoke dun drink dun gamble.. wat u earn is wat u save..
he also asked me to jump go there, work for 1 or 2 years, can save at least 6 figures in bank account (RM la..)
work here with only RM2000+ isn't enough for me myself..

f1 meteor, you know it, theres nothing much that we can do here, other than chinese restaurant, if you got any skills than that different story, like hair dressing, or what so ever. well, if you father can arrange a job as well as apply working permitt for you why dont take the chance?i am envy of you got father working legally here, my mom work here too, but illegal also. she had to come here to work and pay for my college fees. after i have grad how long I have to work to earn that back? thats why i decided to jump, work for 3 to 5 years, earn wnough money than go back invest the money or do my own business. i dont like working for people, i dont like receive order, i like giving order lol.

i have been thinking about working there as well..
but, i got my job here, as a programmer..
going there working in a restaurant won't help me build my career i beleive..
argh.. my parents keep on asking me to go there..
what they said are true.. work here, how to save money?
when will i be able to buy my own house.. car.. each month only left few hundreds RM in the bank.. aih.. sad.gif

Life as illegal is quite challenging indeed!  As long you're making honest living..But, sadly you have to go this route.  Please do, try to pay their taxes...at least give some back to their govt, the natives won't complain too much about immigrants siphoning off their resources, and if there's ever an amnesty, you have better chances of getting legal status.

I read a story of a Malaysian black cab driver can earn up to 8000 pounds/month in London. Not sure if he's legal or illegal.. but he's a immigrant in UK - working extremely hard, saving every penny and can possibly retire early (if return to Malaysia, of course!)

hmm.. i thought to pay tax, you have to register?
if not a legal worker, why want to go and register? trying to get busted?

haha.. my dad told me majority of the taxi drivers there are indian (not malaysian indian).
they are damn rich.. some of them own few houses, just for rent purpose..

haahah.. i'm a little better than u..
i got the so called unlimited stay duration pass.. it's not PR..
i can live there as long as i want, as well as finding a job there..

yea.. working there is just to save money.. not the rest of life..

well, you don't have friend over there?
hmm.. my mom is working there as well.. she knows quite a lot of univerity grads staying there to earn money before coming back.. there is also a guy who had been graduated few years ago.. every week he earns 300+ pounds..
and i thought a lot of uni grads working over there? they won't be "retard" right? hahaha
