I dont get a very big paycheck from my company but I get some benefit such as if I got my own family all their medication is covered. My company also have recreation activities like family day and sports game.

I have few more benefit from the company which others may also have different. Dont just judge the paycheck but the overall welfare.

Haha, normally we would (especially fresh ppl) treat the paycheck as Main Course, like Big Mac, Fillet O'Fish or Nuggets... Other benefits are like the Starter or Dessert, like French fries and soft drinks...

by the way, mind let us know which company u're in now?
