I dont think 1 year exp could get you at least 2.5k
It really depends and for a starter maybe u're slightly underpaid but there's still company that pay 1.7k for that position. Im offered 2k and 2.3k for the same position (fresh) but the more they pay you, the more they expect.. from 2k become 2.5k is possible but u really have to be top performer, else expect some increment between 5 -10 percent which would never get you to 2.5k unless u start with 2.3k which is rare |
