vikingw2k revenged on him by finding back his old posting on last month just to ban him. There are more evidence what he has done is fault. I have no information with me.

RBR said is OK for every one to UGPM and PM replied that is totally OK but it is not OK to Davis because Davis is different than everyone, he is very special because the world is not turning around him no idea what he is saying. Sorry.

In addition, I don't recall RBR said it is fine to say UGPM and PM replied? He even made a thread about indirect bumps.

Also, there is not need for you to list out those "UGPM" and "PM replied" posts. The reason for no action being taken against them is we do not receive any report regarding that. Just for your kind information, trade zone is the fastest moving section of LYN, it is impossible for us to keep track of every single thread exists over there. Well its a known RULE that BUMP, FREE BUMP, INDIRECT BUMP is against the rules~

viking is another one, whats the point digging out August post? There TONS of indirect bump that I came across everyday and reporting them doesnt seem to be effective until I am tired of reporting.

P/S: Don't tell me not enough staff and mods and they are not paid etc. I see these reply until I am bored!

Dont worry, they will come up with many many explanation, I bet they are discussing them in Area 51.

Obviously Davis has been indirectly bumping all the time and he has been trading here all the time, I guess he should know the rules and regulation very well. So giving him warning doesnt work. Ban should instill it into his brain!

That's the reality and not excuse. If you feel bored for reading such posts, then just leave this thread.

If it is first offence, we usually quite lenient and will just give verbal warning but not in Davis' case. As an old trader he should know more than the others.

This wasn't the first time he was warned OK?
Ask him to post out all his warn logs, then you can count how many times he has been warned for indirect bumps.
Sometimes it is better to just keep quiet if you do not know anything. Plus, don't assume as if I do not know anything.

Just to add, I believe I've given Davis a very explicite warning within his sales thread before on this before too. Let's face the facts, having been warned multiple times by multiple people, and still doing it, its obvious that this is a serial offense.

davis told me some of the warning are seeking revenge like he complained viking big signature and some of the warning are looking troubles on our sales. If viking never revenge on him why he find back some old posting more than 2 bulan to make it as issue.

i agree with this.
but i also agree those been warn many times should get it, but getting personal is no good either.

hope you don't mind me kacau-ing a bit, when I saw that Davis had complained about viking's signature, i had to go see it for myself, because I had also complained about it in the past and his signature was nuked.

so this would be the second public rebuking of viking flaunting the signature rules that he enforces? i took a screenshot of it, and once again, its back to its 17-18line height, which is beyond the 15line height rule. i'm not sure what to say about that, except i hope he learns to use smaller fonts.
