Also, there is not need for you to list out those "UGPM" and "PM replied" posts. The reason for no action being taken against them is we do not receive any report regarding that. Just for your kind information, trade zone is the fastest moving section of LYN, it is impossible for us to keep track of every single thread exists over there. Thus, we plead for your kindness to click on "report!" button should you think such post has infringed our R&R.

That's the reality and not excuse. If you feel bored for reading such posts, then just leave this thread.

If it is first offence, we usually quite lenient and will just give verbal warning but not in Davis' case. As an old trader he should know more than the others.

This wasn't the first time he was warned OK?
Ask him to post out all his warn logs, then you can count how many times he has been warned for indirect bumps.
Sometimes it is better to just keep quiet if you do not know anything. Plus, don't assume as if I do not know anything.

Yeah, thanks for digging up such old news. A lot of insider news that you do not know, seriously. So, don't assume things as a whole picture before you get to see the clearer picture!
And yes, I'll post out his warn logs if it is needed but not now at the moment.
