Hello all.
I recently visited Danau Murni Condominium at Taman Desa and to my surprise it appears to be a very good investment.
A partly furnished unit is selling for RM150,000, bank valuation at RM160,000.
The rental for unfurnished is RM800 while fully furnished can go as high as RM1,400.
The rental return is tremendous if you can spend an additional RM10,000 to furnish the unit.

The deal looks to good to be true, therefore I would like to seek for more feedback from you guys before I commit.
I truly appreciate any constructive feedback.
