wonder if the jap release of gt5 will have english sub..
but i think gt5 US or EUR release is not long after JAP release..maybe different in weeks only..

When GT5 is out then all the developers around the world will understand what it means by real driving simulation

GT5 is a console seller Forza is not, but id buy both as i like the engine swapping option.

GT5 : used lot of texture and pre rendered shadows and all,thats why it looks realistic-environment,etc..
FM1-3: used more dynamic modeling for environment,ofcourse using texture,but not as much as GT5

but yeah,people dont care this much of technical issues,we just want realistic scenery,so thats why i also choose GT5..
p.s : u guys will notice most of ps3 exclusive games were using high quality texture(theoretically,programmers use texture to minimize memory,but somehow,sony manage to run and utilize those massive texture,one tumbs up )
p.s : also,sony makes a big mistake when they move from ATI(PS2) to Nvidia(PS3)..coz in my opinion, nvidia only meant for faster rendering,not quality.
for example,look how PS2 were,they were so advanced,people still using ps2 nowdays..same like xbox-ati(with they graphics architecture that no one ever bulit,adding 10mb to bridge the GPU memory with CPu)

you can't compare PS3 to PC because its different architecture....

to build a game engine around Cell and optimizing for SPE acceleration will take more effort.

Just that the ATi range closest to the highest end nVidias have always been much cheaper.

Anyone with unlimited budget would recommend nVidia.

i've played on a friend's one (ori btw)... havent got myself a new x360 yet
since I like MSR (DC) a lot, then PGR is the same

dont know y ppl keep comparing gt to fm, its a matter of preference

with open mind, get both and also try other racing titles as a racing fan.. no need to discriminate this and that titles....

u never know whether those few mentioned developers will make weather effects implementation into their game (like you've suggested in PGR)...its their decision on how they want to portray their game
