I'm looking for a headphone.

Budget: less than RM200
Usage: MP3 Player
Source: FLAC/MP3
Type of Music: Rock, Orchestra, hmm..anything~

I used to have Sennheiser PMX-40 and I loved it..but the cable putus liao due to rough handling sad.gif

I thought of getting a Sennheiser PMX-60, so far I've read reviews that most of them said that its a great headphone.

Please recommend. Thanks!

Sennheiser = bass
Audio Technica = middle
Alessandro / Grado = bright

this are most audiophile's impression... ^^

wat abt AKG  blink.gif

sorry no offense... but it doesnt "omph" to me... but yeah AKG's built wise is not bad... although i would prefer akg's portable cans to have big cups as well... those small really small..

during the discovery week at 1utama... akg was all out to promote those portable cans ( K420/K430 ) ^^ but i'm not a basshead so i guess it doesnt appeal to me... ^^

Hi guys, i've been wondering which pair of cans is good for 50% games and 50% for Music+Movies, would prefer Audio Technica or other better alternatives, budget <RM1000. (Bass and Sound positioning is more preferred than vocal)
*

Need recommendations for a comfortable pair of full can headphones.  cool.gif

Budget: RM100-RM150.
Usage: 70% music + movies | 30% gaming.
Music: Mostly vocals, maybe some light trance and rock
Amp: None

Sennheiser HD201 is currently out of stock in Low Yat.  doh.gif
So, should I go for a HD202, ATH-22, SPH2700 or are there any better options out there within that budget range?

By the way, what's the cheapest and yet good amp that you can get?
*
Audio Technica ON3
Audio Technica FW3
ATH-T22

good and cheap amp ar? Fiio E5 / E3

or u can get
Hippo Boom + Free Fiio E3 = RM150 *walabies* [it's iem lor...]

Right, right... blink.gif So no SC for me then sweat.gif

Still looking though. I'm really confused as to what to buy. I want to find a place where I can actually try out headphones, but I can't think of a place other than BOSE or Sony or Apple stores... I know these guys make some good headphones but I wanna give the other manufacturers a chance? :/

Would love to try out some ATH, though...

Oh, for me, looks don't really matter, would just be a huge plus. I'm all for the SQ tongue.gif

I'm no professional or anything, just wanna listen to my music the way the artists made them...

no budget?
