Boy boy just done castrate operation last 2 days. He's didnt like what doctor said, after operation no appetite. He still can eat as usual and he drink water for 2 minutes non stop when he reached home. He even kacau big dog at the vet centre. haha...

i will be going to bangkok start from 13 Oct - 20 Oct. So i need a kind and good volunteer who can take care both of my dogs (Bebe & Kenji) if possible during i m not around. Maybe i need to pass to him/her on 12 Oct 1 day before i go and only can pick them back on 21 Oct, 1 day after we back from oversea. We staying at Cheras area actually, but don't mind there is anybody that live other place than Cheras can take care well of them. 

We actually plan want to try home boarding but we feel it is too expensive for 2 dogs and for so many days. We cant really afford for that. 
So try asking any good and kind hearted here ppl here can volunteer take care both of my dogs? I m sure both can bring really lots of fun to whom want to take care. 

Hi everyone, glad to join a big family here. I love MS very much, got a new MS recently. Well, bout 1 month ad, i hav question to ask all experienced MS owner here. Glad for provide me guidance. Let me intro my little FUrkid 1st;

A male black and silver, name 'sam' and 12 week ad. He quite behave (i guess), pee poo at spot i arranged (newspaper) but sometime missed oh, is that normal one? Any action i need to take futher if repeat again. (scold o punish)

Other than pee poo matter, he bite hand when play wit him or when pet him. Is that only temporary? I ad giv toy everytime bite my hand, and scold him.

Other than 2 problem above, he quite behave, knew sit command, sit waitin food, follow ppl around and calm when brushin and cleaning him on table (but stil struggle when blow dry after bath). So i want to ask all experienced owner here, because of puppy stage he so behaved? he will be more naughty when grow older?.. i'm so scare his behavior change when grow older.. sorry if i'm wrong, correct me..

Yet, i want ask all here bout the price for MS ?.. i bought little 'sam' at Rm2450, yet the owner said from champ line.. Am i be water fish ad?.. but is alright if really, haha.. cz i really love 'sam' the 1st time i saw him.. his eyes looking at me jus feelin want to take him home, doesnt matter the price..

Hi everyone, I got myself a mini schnauzer already, she's 3 months old. Arrived at my home on Saturday. Got a few questions to ask, hoping to learn from experienced owners here.

Firstly, my MS is very attached to me, everywhere I go she will follow. Even when she sleeps, she will make sure have body contact with me. If she didn't see me she will make noise. Problem when we go out like for dinner or even when no one at home, we will put her in the cage, she will bark non-stop n jumping around in the cage....how do I train her to understand and get used to be alone at times? I worried she might be panicky when we are not home which is not good at all.

Secondly, I got her the water drinker which is the one we attach to the cage wall, water will flow when her tongue touches the outlet (ball bearing). She did not know how to drink from it and whole day wont drink any water, turns out, she will drink when I pour her water into her bowl. How do I train her to drink from the drinker?

Thanks!! I got it from a direct owner that has 4 adult schnauzers in the household....one of them got pregnant by accident (unplanned) hence they're letting them go and also no MKA despite their parents having MKA coz they did not apply for the MKA prior to 
Yup yup, rite now she has two toys which she is not very keen...will go n get more this weekend for her 
Well...all in all hopefully she gets used to it (being alone at times) the sooner the better...heart pain hearing her cries....which is pretty loud too lol.

Her parents are light grey (salt n pepper) and undergone obedience training b4 and they certainly well behaved and has good temperament also has nice n healthy coat n all...hoping my puppy will grow up to be like them.

Another thing though....the potty training thingy...her previous owner did not train her anything but when she comes to my home she sleeps in the same room as me on the floor though...she never climbs up to the bed which was good..and my room having attached bathroom, she knows the bathroom and did all her pee in there without any training...so far been consistent for 2 nights...hope she is consistent all the way...

On the other hand, when she was in the kitchen or top floor room...both also has bathroom...she never did her pee n poo in those bathroom...but everywhere and especially on the rug we usually put at the entrance of bathroom....hope I can train her up to be able to understand there's 3 bathroom she can use n use the nearest at all times

Min. Schnauzers shed very little, so 'color change' doesn't work like that. What I've read is that as we groom them by clipping their coats (as most groomers do, unless specified), the color will tend to be lighter because we clip through the undercoat (Min. Schnauzers have a double coat - the undercoat is soft, while the upper coat is harsh and wiry), causing the color to lighten considerably because the upper coat is lost. The 'proper' way to groom a Min. Schnauzer is through hand stripping, but it's not easy to do, very tedious and very costly if it's done at the groomers. Only show dogs get hand stripped anyways, so since most of our dogs are pet dogs, the easiest way is just to clip. Let me show you Scottie's coat color change (I only noticed it now after so long...hahaha!):

Carrying to the bathroom should be fine for the first few days (so that she gets there in time) I think. Never a big harm to try...whatever that works for you to get her to understand that the bathroom is her place to go, try it If it doesn't work, try another method. There's no one sure way to train a dog.

Aiyah....its exactly what u said that is happening to me la....

She will climb one floor up to where the masterroom is and pee on the floor at the entrance to the room, then climb up one floor again to poop at the mat in front of the washroom at the top floor....then will shout for me coz dunno how to climb down 

Looks like my pup is having a great time watching me running around the house climbing stairs n collecting her pee n poops 

Yeah, I only noticed it recently when I was looking back at his old photos...haha! I miss his puppy look also, and how small he was... If only they would stay that way forever, right?
