hi guys, is it true that rafa not given 'enuf' fund to strengthen his team? Constructive reply pls, i thought he spent quite some money compared to Arsenal n us in this past few years
He has around 20m to spend each season. Same net spend as us really before we sold Ronaldo. They should not complain too much about that money stuff since they are one of the big spenders themselves..

COLEEN Rooney has gone to hospital - where she is said to have made husband Wayne a proud dad by giving birth, the News of the World can reveal. A heavily-pregnant Coleen was taken to Liverpool's Women's Hospital earlier today - and pals are claiming The Rooney's became proud parents soon after 1pm.
There has been no official confirmation of the birth, but an annoucement his expected later today. Friends of the couple are already celebrating.
Last week the News of the World told how Coleen had snubbed a £1 MILLION deal with a glossy mag for pictures of her and Wayne's baby.
The WAG made the decision because she wants their child to be kept OUT of the spotlight completely.
She was determined to have her first baby naturally and chose Liverpool Women's Hospital - an NHS Trust six miles from where they grew up in Croxteth - for the birth.
Whole lot of fun yesterday.Seeing Giggsy strutting his stuff at Old Trafford, from the Stretford End,wow!Going back to Manchester tomorrow for the stadium tour and museum then off to Cardiff in the evening for me.

Grats to Rooney and Colleen in welcoming their first child. Gonna be interesting to see what he names em. Issit a boy or a gal?
As for Rafa's spendings, yes, he's prob not gotten as much as us over the years, but how many buys has he actually gotten spot on? Wenger shops in the lower priced bin to great effect. Rafa went out and got a 17million pound right back, but their defence has been leaking goals for fun lately, and thats very un-Liverpool-like if you consider how organised they've always been at the back over the years. To me, a defender's priority is to keep the opposition from scoring, not to join in the attack and try to out-dribble them on the other side of the pitch.
mu won... chel and pool lost.. is it lady luck smile on us? lol
we can make their season go from bad to worse if beat them at anfield next weekend.. That could just end their title dream for once and for all.. also to shut their traps as well...

MANCHESTER UNITED XI 4 Stewart og 22, Brandy 29, Rafael 59, Eikrem (pen) 89
Rafael's comeback continued on Sunday with 90 minutes and a goal as a strong United XI selected by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer eased to a 4-0 victory at Clyde.
The hosts have had financial difficulties in recent times and Sir Alex Ferguson promised to send a squad packed with United hopefuls to the Broadwood Stadium, to help raise funds for the Scottish Second Division side. Zoran Tosic and summer signing Gabriel Obertan, making his second appearance for the Reds, were also noticeable starters.
The last time United faced Clyde was four years ago when a full-strength side ran out 5-1 winners. The man helming the Reds in the dugout may have been different this time round but Solskjaer's young guns enjoyed the same margin of victory as Sir Alex's men.
The visitors got off to a good start and controlled the pace and tempo of the game from the outset. Early on, the lively Tosic set up Brandy who beat goalkeeper Callum Reidford but unfortunately saw his effort cleared off the line by Connor Cassidy. The first goal came moments later when Clyde midfielder Paul Stewart’s miscued shot ended up in his own net following a low corner from Tosic.
Obertan showed glimpses of why he could be a shrewd signing, impressing with his speed and touch, not to mention his assists for United’s next two goals. For the first, he showed a good turn of pace to skip past his marker and run powerfully at the Clyde defence before sliding the ball across the box for Brandy to turn and score.
After the break the Frenchman grew in confidence and slid a delightful ball through for Rafael who charged up from his right-back position into the area and released a stinging shot low across the keeper that struck the inside of the post before going in.
Clyde posed little threat going forward and both Reece Brown and Oliver Gill looked assured in the heart of United's defence. Magnus Eikrem rounded off a good day for the Reds by scoring from the spot one minute from time, after Scott Gair had handled in the box.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was pleased with his side’s performance, on an important day for Clyde.
“We did well and played good football at times. Maybe we should have scored a few more goals but then again they could have had a couple of goals in the second half.
“It’s very important for us to come here - we have a good relationship with Clyde. The gaffer knows the people up here and he said that it was important that we came, performed well and show what Manchester United can be about. There was a quite a decent crowd here today so hopefully they have got some money in.”
United XI: Amos (Zieler 45); Rafael, R Brown (Evans 45), Gill, Dudgeon (McGinty 80); Norwood (Stewart 45), Hewson (Eikrem 45), James, Tosic; Obertan (Cofie 62), Brandy.

Edwin Van der Sar is solely focusing on regaining full fitness and moving all thoughts of his future to the back of his mind.
The Manchester United goalkeeper made his first appearance of the season on Saturday following a hand injury and helped the champions move to the top of the table with a 2-1 home win over Bolton.
The 38-year-old knows that time is not on his side but with his contract set to expire at the end of the campaign many expect the Dutchman to be offered another one-year extension.
The fact that understudy Ben Foster did his case for the number one jersey no favours while Van der Sar was absent has only intensified reports that the former Juventus shot-stopper will be offered a new deal in December.
"My aim has been to get fit," he said.
"I had an operation on my fingers in the summer and it took a while before I could even catch a ball again.
"The moment you are able to get out and start training again is like a release. That is the thing you like to do most.
"It has been hard not having that, which is why I am not looking any further ahead than playing and enjoying myself."
Backing
Van der Sar also backed Rio Ferdinand to rediscover his best form after a number of high profile mistakes for both club and country this term.
"Rio is a strong character and an excellent player," he added.
"Of course sometimes you go through a bad patch. But I know for sure it won't affect him.
"As a defensive unit we have to make sure we get the understanding back from last year. Then we will be solid at the back again."
Although the Red Devils endured a nervy final 10 minutes at Old Trafford against Bolton Van der Sar knew the importance of three points with title rivals Chelsea and Liverpool both losing.
"It is important to get three points when the other teams drop them. It makes a difference," he stated.
"It is going to be tough for everyone this season. We didn't play well against Sunderland a couple of weeks ago but at least we managed to get a draw.
"All we can do is keep going. We are top now and we have to try to make the gap as big as possible."
